Common use of Commitment Documents Clause in Contracts

Commitment Documents. All fees set forth in the Engagement Letter, the Agent Commitment Document and the Placement Fee Letter shall be paid as and when due and as set forth in such Engagement Letter, Agent Commitment Document or Placement Fee Letter, including, without limitation, the Structuring Fee (as defined in the Engagement Letter) and the Placement Fee (as defined in the Placement Fee Letter).
