Common use of Commitment Term Clause in Contracts

Commitment Term. The term of this Agreement and the City's participation in the Program (the "Commitment Term") will commence on January 16, 2017, and shall continue through November 30, 2017. This Agreement, and the City's participation in the Program, will automatically terminate, without the need for any action by either party hereto, at the end of the Commitment Term.
