Commitment to Clinical Productivity. The parties agree to be actively involved in open and collaborative discussion and support the development of new clinical models of care and patient safety initiatives that improve patient outcomes, increase productivity and optimise revenue and to support the implementation of agreed initiatives. During the life of the agreement, the parties commit to further discussions towards developing options that provide for adequate medical staffing levels to address increasing clinical needs in a modern public healthcare system.
