In addition, teachers should make an effort to involve themselves in such professional activities as to increase their potential for educating students. In addition, teachers should become involved in such activities that will provide personal growth and advancement, thus improving their own professional character.
Commitment to Professional Growth. It is the responsibility of the teacher to seek out opportunities for professional growth on an ongoing basis which translates into increased student achievement.
