Commitment to Responsible Gaming. The Tribe and State Gaming Agency recognize the importance of responsible gambling as part of the shared responsibility to protect the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of the Tribe and of the State. In addition to the requirements of Appendix S, Section 8, the Tribe agrees to display a commitment to responsible gambling and a link to the Gaming Operation’s responsible gambling policy on each ETG Terminal.
