Commitments to Governmental Authority. No commitments have been made to any governmental authority, developer, utility company, school board, church or other religious body or any property owners’ association or to any other organization, group or individual relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon GIPLP or its designee, successors and assigns to make any contribution or dedications of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any local Real Estate Taxes assessed against the Property.

Commitments to Governmental Authority. To Seller’s actual knowledge, Seller has not made any commitments to any governmental authority, developer, utility company, school board, church or other religious body or any property owners’ association or to any other organization, group or individual relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon Purchaser or its successors and assigns to make any contribution or dedications of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property.   • Governmental Authorizations, Etc No consent, approval or authorization of, or registration, filing or declaration with, any Governmental Authority is required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by the Company of this Agreement or the Notes.
