Committee Discretion to Accelerate Vesting. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Committee may, in its sole discretion, provide for accelerated vesting of the RSUs at any time and for any reason; provided, however, that for the avoidance of doubt, the acceleration of any vesting of the RSUs shall not accelerate or modify the applicable dates upon which Common Stock is delivered, as provided in Section 4.
