Committee Meeting Schedule and Assignment. Instruction Council and standing committees will meet on first and third Tuesdays of the month respectively unless a standing committee creates a different meeting schedule to better accommodate the work their committee needs to accomplish. Division meetings will be on the second Tuesday of each month.
