Committee Member Resignation/Replacement. 9.4.2.7.1 Upon receipt of a committee member’s resignation, the alternate shall fill the seat vacated by the original committee member. 9.4.2.7.2 The committee may require that the Academic Senate or LBCCFA replace any faculty committee member who misses one or more meetings or who, in the Committee’s opinion, is otherwise not participating in the tenure review process.
