Committees of Managing Trustees. The Managing Trustees may by resolution designate one or more committees, each consisting of one (l) or more Managing Trustees, to serve at the pleasure of the Managing Trustees. The Managing Trustees may designate one or more Managing Trustees as alternate members of any committee who may replace any absent member at any meeting of the committee. Any committee to the extent provided in the resolution of the Managing Trustees, shall have the authority of the Managing Trustees.

  • Duties of Manager The Manager, at its own expense, shall furnish the following services and facilities to the Trust:
