Common use of Common Area Access & Usage Clause in Contracts

Common Area Access & Usage. Students shall have equal rights to the use of common spaces and agree to use all common areas in a prudent, inoffensive and non-dangerous manner and in compliance with the community policies and will respect the rights of other students in such areas. These facilities include, but are not limited to, apartment living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and community rooms. University Housing may impose restrictions on the use of the common areas, as deemed appropriate.
