Common use of Common Areas of Building Clause in Contracts

Common Areas of Building. Tenant shall have the nonexclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Building, and subject to the rules of the Building referred to in Article 15 below, the following areas (“Common Areas”) appurtenant to the Premises: (i) The common entrances, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairways and accessways, loading docks, ramps, drives and platforms and any passageways and serviceways thereto, and the common pipes, conduits, wires and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises; (ii) Parking areas (subject to the provisions of the Parking Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit “C”), loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas appurtenant to the Building.
