COMMON ATTRIBUTE 4. Requester ⎯ The requester is the sponsor of the regional reliability standard request and may assist in the development of the standard. Any member of Midwest Reliability Organization, or group within Midwest Reliability Organization shall be allowed to request that a regional reliability standard be developed, modified, or withdrawn. Additionally, any entity (person, organization, company, government agency, individual, etc.) that is directly and materially affected by the reliability of the bulk power system in the Midwest Reliability Organization area shall be allowed to request a regional reliability standard be developed, modified, or withdrawn. COMMON ATTRIBUTE 5 [Standards or other named] committee ⎯ The Midwest Reliability Organization Standards Committee manages the standards development process. The Standards Committee will consider which requests for new or revised standards shall be assigned for development (or existing standards considered for deletion). The Standards Committee will advise the Midwest Reliability Organization board on standards presented for adoption.
