The tenant will keep the common parts adjacent to the premises clean, free from obstruction and tidy at all times and will pay for: a) The cleaning of lifts and communal areas if fouled by the tenant. b) The clearing of blocked rubbish chutes blocked by the tenant’s rubbish. c) The clearing of refuse deposited by the tenant in the common parts.
