Common use of Common Portions Subject to Change Clause in Contracts

Common Portions Subject to Change. The Common Portions shall always be and remain subject to change and modification, as be deemed fit and necessary by the Developer, to accommodate its future plans regarding the Said Property, the Other Clusters and the Other Siddha Projects and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and the Buyer shall not, under any circumstances, raise any objection or hindrance thereto.
