Common (Shared) Transport. 4.4.1 Common (Shared) Transport, defined as transmission facilities shared by more than one carrier, including BellSouth, between end office switches, between end office switches and tandem switches, and between tandem switches, in BellSouth’s network. Where BellSouth Network Elements are connected by intraoffice wiring, such wiring is provided as part of the Network Element and is not Common (Shared) Transport.
