Common use of Common Software Clause in Contracts

Common Software. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xxxx Canada will attempt to provide you with Service for a variety of software, which may include any or all of the software listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx/Bell_Internet/Products/Bell-Tech-Expert/Support_xxxxxxx.xxx, on an “as available” basis as determined by Xxxx Canada in its sole discretion (“Common Software”).
