Common Words. The following words shall be interpreted as designated: (i) “or” connotes any combination of all or any of the items listed; (ii) where “including” is used to refer to an example or begins a list of items, such example or items shall not be exclusive; and (iii) “specified” requires that an express statement is contained in the relevant document.

The words “herein,” “hereof” and “hereunder” and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole, including the Exhibits and Schedules hereto, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented and not to any particular section, subsection or clause contained in this Agreement.
