Communicating by Reporting Clause Samples
The 'Communicating by Reporting' clause establishes the requirement for parties to share information or updates through formal reports. Typically, this clause outlines what types of information must be reported, the frequency or timing of such reports, and the format or method of communication—such as written summaries or periodic status updates. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and accountability between parties by providing a structured process for regular information exchange, thereby reducing misunderstandings and keeping all stakeholders informed.
