Regional Office. The Regional Heritage Program Leader shall review the reports on Section 106 actions and Section 110 activities submitted by the Forests. Based on that review and other information provided by Forests, the Regional Heritage Program Leader shall develop a summary report for submission to SHPO and ACHP by the Regional Forester, and submit this report by March 1. This report shall also include a list of unanticipated effects reported by Forests. An alternate date may be negotiated between the Regional Heritage Program Leader and the SHPO. The report may identify a need for further review of specific Forest programs if necessary.
Regional Office. 9.1 The Accountable Body shall establish a Regional Office to be responsible for the day to day management of matters relating to the Joint Committee and the Swansea Bay City Deal. The Regional Office shall have day to day responsibility for managing the identification assessment approval monitoring and evaluation processes for interventions and projects. The Regional Office shall deliver all administrative functions necessary to the implementation of the Swansea Bay City Deal. The Regional Office shall maintain a register of interests of co-opted members of the Joint Committee and the Economic Strategy Board. The Regional Office shall provide monitoring reports to the Joint Committee and to the Economic Strategy Board. Persons employed to work in the Regional Office shall be employed by the Accountable Body.
9.2 The Joint Committee shall designate the Head of Paid Service of the Accountable Body as Lead Chief Executive to act as its principal adviser and as Accountable Officer to manage and oversee the work of the Regional Office staff.
9.3 The Accountable Body shall be responsible for accommodating the Regional Office in accordance with arrangements approved by the Joint Committee.
Regional Office. The City shall provide each newly hired bargaining unit employee with a copy of the FOP’s fair share fee (agency/union shop) notice. Such notice shall be presented to each newly hired bargaining unit employee within the first thirty (30) days of employment. A sufficient supply of fair share fee (agency fee/union shop) notices shall be provide by the FOP to the City to allow the City to meet this obligation. The City shall require that the newly hired bargaining union employee sign a receipt acknowledging that the notice was presented. The City shall mail each original receipt to the FOP 15 lodge office.

Regional Office. The routine management of the site-specific tasks encompassed by this Multi-Site Agreement shall be performed by the respective DEP's Regional Office Environmental Cleanup Program (ECP) staff and the designated BP project managers. If a dispute arises concerning individual MSA Sites, the BP project manager and the applicable ECP personnel and ECP Manager, as appropriate, shall attempt in good faith to resolve this dispute through negotiation. If the BP project manager and the applicable ECP personnel and ECP Manager, as appropriate, are unable to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days, any Party may refer the dispute, in writing, to the Oversight Committee.
