COMMUNICATION AND MUTUAL COOPERATION. Outside the negotiating process it is recognized that there is a need for regular dialogue and communication between the Association and the employer. This need for communication may be to exchange information or it may be of a nature necessitated by actions of the Association or the employer which appear to one of the parties to be in contradiction to good relations. Representatives of the Association and the employer shall arrange reasonable meeting times and places.
