Common use of COMMUNICATION AND WRITTEN NOTICE Clause in Contracts

COMMUNICATION AND WRITTEN NOTICE. 6.1. Unless the contrary is specifically provided, any notice, instructions, authorizations, requests or other communications to be given to the Company by the Strategy Manager under the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent to the Company’s mailing address which appears on its Website or to any other address which the Company may from time to time specify to the Strategy Manager for this purpose and shall take effect only when actually received by the Company, provided they do not violate and are not contrary to any term of this Agreement. 6.2. Communications via email shall be sent to xxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. 6.3. The Company reserves the right to specify any other way of communication with the Strategy Manager. 6.4. In order to communicate with the Strategy Manager or send documents, trade confirmations, notices and statements, the Company may use: a) email; b) telephone; c) post; d) commercial courier service; e) air mail; or f) Website; g) MyFXTM;
