Communication Lines. Subject to Building design limits and its existing, or then existing, capacity, Tenant may install, maintain, replace, remove or use communications or computer wires and cables which service the Premises (“Lines”), provided:
(a) Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s prior written consent, and shall use contractors approved in writing by Landlord, (b) all such Lines shall be plenum rated and neatly bundled, labeled and attached to beams and not to suspended ceiling grids, (c) any such installation, maintenance, replacement, removal or use shall comply with all Laws applicable thereto, including, but not limited to the National Electric Code, and shall not interfere with any then existing Lines at the Building, and (d) Tenant shall pay all costs and expenses in connection therewith. Landlord reserves the right to require Tenant to remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which violate this Lease or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition, within three (3) business days after written notice. Tenant shall remove all Lines installed by or on behalf of Tenant upon termination or expiration of this Lease. Any Lines that Landlord expressly permits to remain at the expiration or termination of this Lease shall become the property of Landlord without payment of any type. Under no circumstances shall any Line problems be deemed an actual or constructive eviction of Tenant, render Landlord liable to Tenant for abatement of Rent, or relieve Tenant from performance of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Communication Lines. The Customer will order for each site intended for the receiving and transmission station some of the following communication infrastructures subject to the discussion with local telecom carrier(s):
i. Two PTP (Point to Point) data lines between the site and the NCC at a rate of minimum 9.6 Kbps leased lines
ii. ADSL-VPN (up: 640kbps, down 1Mbps)
iii. Two ordinary telephone lines
iv. The possibility of working with a line at a rate of 19.2 Kbps and a multiplexer unit for two ports will be examined at these sites
Communication Lines. The telephone communication and diagnostic lines for data transmission with the Data Center and/or IT&S, whether dedicated or not.
Communication Lines. The Buyer will order for each site allocated for the receiving station the following communication infrastructures:
Communication Lines. 1. The Lessee may install, maintain, replace, remove or use any communications or computer wires, cables and related devices (whether or not originally installed by Lessee, collectively, "Lines") at the Building in or servicing the Premises, provided:
(a) Lessee shall obtain Lessor's prior written consent and use an experienced and qualified contractor approved in writing by Lessor, (b) any such installation, maintenance, replacement, removal or use shall comply with all laws, ordinances and regulations applicable thereto and good work practices, and shall not interfere with any then existing Lines at the Building, (c) an acceptable number of spare Lines and space for new Lines shall be maintained for existing and future occupants of the Building, as determined in Lessor's sole and absolute discretion, (d) if Lessee at any time uses any equipment that may create an electromagnetic field exceeding the normal insulation ratings of ordinary twisted pair riser cable or cause radiation higher than normal background radiation, the Lines therefor, including riser cables, shall be appropriately insulated to prevent such excessive electromagnetic fields or radiation, (e) as a condition to permitting the installation of new Lines, Lessor may require that Lessee remove existing Lines located in or serving the Premises, (f) Lessee's rights shall be subject to the rights of any regulated telephone company or other supplier, and (g) Lessee shall pay all costs in connection therewith. Lessor reserves the right to require that Lessee remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed by or on behalf of Lessee in violation of these provisions, or which are or become at any time in violation of any laws, ordinances or regulations or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition, within fifteen (15) business days after written notice from Lessor.
2. Lessor may, but shall not be obligated to: (i) install new Lines at the Building, (ii) create additional space for Lines at the Building, and (iii) reasonably direct, monitor and/or supervise the installation, maintenance, replacement and removal of, the allocation and reallocation of available space, if any, for, and the allocation of excess capacity, if any, on, any Lines now or hereafter installed at the Building by Lessor, Lessee or any other party, but Lessor shall have no right to monitor or control the information transmitted through such Lines. Communication Lines. Customer shall be responsible for the installation and use of data communications lines from Customer's applications to ISP Domain and all associated fees and charges.
