Configuration. The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
Configuration. 3.1 Subject to the provisions of Article 3.2, below, the configuration for the *** Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Boeing Model 737-*** aircraft, at the revision level in effect at the time of Definitive Agreement (as defined below). Customer will be required to provide certain information (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration. Registration information provided to Axon must be accurate. Customer will inform Axon promptly of any updates. Upon Customer’s registration, Axon will provide documentation outlining API Service information.
Configuration. Agency will work independently to configure Agency’s API Client with API Service for Agency’s applicable Use. Such detail specification will be revised to include (i) changes applicable to such detail specification that are developed by Boeing between the date of the Notice of Exercise and the signing of the definitive amendment to the Purchase Agreement providing for the purchase of the Basic Purchase Rights Aircraft. (ii) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates, and (iii) other changes as mutually agreed by Boeing and Customer.
1.3.2 Boeing reserves the right to configure the Basic Purchase Right Aircraft starting from a different configuration specification, provided that it can achieve the same configuration which would result pursuant to the provisions of Article 1.

Configuration. After planning is complete, the Implementation Manager will begin scheduling the Configuration sessions. Before each configuration session there will be some light prep work for the Customer to complete. Generally, there will generally be one (1) configuration session per module, but in cases where there is more complexity, there may be multiple. These sessions will be either be run by the Implementation Manager or the Implementation Product Specialist, depending on the module.
Configuration. Any reconfiguration of leased equipment agreed to by the Contractor, which is required to accommodate such alterations and/or attachments, shall be accomplished at the Government's expense.
