Configuration Sample Clauses

Configuration. The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.
Configuration. Agency will work independently to configure Agency’s API Client with API Service for Agency’s applicable Use. Agency will be required to provide certain information (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration. Registration information provided to Axon must be accurate. Agency will inform Axon promptly of any updates. Upon Agency’s registration, Axon will provide documentation outlining API Service information.

Such detail specification will be revised to include (i) changes applicable to such detail specification that are developed by Boeing between the date of the Notice of Exercise and the signing of the definitive agreement to purchase the Purchase Rights Aircraft, (ii) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates, and (iii) other changes as mutually agreed. 4.2 Boeing reserves the right to configure the Purchase Right Aircraft starting from a different configuration specification, provided that it can achieve the same configuration which would result pursuant to the provisions of Article 4.1

Configuration. After planning is complete, the Implementation Manager will begin scheduling the Configuration sessions. Before each configuration session there will be some light prep work for the Customer to complete. Generally, there will generally be one (1) configuration session per module, but in cases where there is more complexity, there may be multiple.
