Routine Communications. All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

If any information listed on the Vendor Information Form (Contract Attachment E) changes during the life of the Contract, then the Contractor shall update the form and submit it to the Department’s Contract Manager (such update does not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract). All routine communications and reports related to the Customer’s SLA shall be sent to the Customer’s Contract Manager. If any of Contractor’s contact information changes during the life of the Contract, then the Contractor shall provide written notice of such change to the Customer’s Contract Manager. Communications relating to a specific order should be addressed to the contact person identified on the order. Communications may be by e-mail, regular mail, or telephone.
Routine Communications. The Parties may from time to time by notice hereunder designate persons or parties to whom routine communications may be directed, including via email, with a view to facilitating mutual and expeditious performance by the Parties hereunder.
Routine Communications. ISC and NMFS shall consult on a routine basis as set forth in this Agreement. The ISC Project Director and the NMFS Ice Seal Program Coordinator shall communicate on an as-needed basis concerning matters related to ice seals in Alaska. In addition, each Party shall keep each other apprised of relevant media contacts and agrees to consult with the other prior to initiating contact with the media on topics contained within this Agreement.

Routine Communications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, routine communications, distribution checks, copies of financial statements, etc., may be sent by ordinary first-class mail.
Routine Communications. Electronic mail and internet websites may be used for delivery of financial statements, Borrowing Base Certificates, and other information required by Section 5.1(a) (other than notices), administrative matters, and distribution of Loan Documents for execution, pursuant to procedures approved by Agent or as otherwise determined by Agent. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, except as expressly provided Section 9.1(a), notices delivered telephonically or by electronic mail may not be used as effective notice under the Loan Documents.
Routine Communications. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 11.1 hereof, routine communications such as distribution checks or financial statements of the Company may be sent by first-class mail, postage prepaid. The Company shall cause distributions to be made by means of wire transfer to any Member who requests the same and who provides the Company with wire transfer instructions or by such other electronic means as are agreed to by the Company and such Member.
Routine Communications. 21.01 All routine, operational communications relating to the day to day operations, excluding routine telephone conversations, shall be in writing and delivered by United States mail, or other acceptable courier or express delivery service, postage prepaid to the applicable addresses and parties as named from time to time during the term of this Agreement. The parties may also communicate via confirmed electronic mail messages and confirmed facsimile transmissions.
