COMMUNICATION REGARDING DORS COMSUMERS. In order to facilitate a successful outcome for the consumer, it is critical that the DORS counselor and ALLIANCE INC staff communicate frequently. While written reports are an important, formal means to communicate progress, additional communication should occur on an as-needed basis to supplement formal reporting.
