Common use of Communication Section Clause in Contracts

Communication Section. In the event the Employer directs the Communication Specialists, Communication Operators, Communication Supervisors or Complaint Takers employed in the Police Department, or some of them, to be assigned daily and weekly work schedules which are contrary to the provisions of Article 15 of the Collective Agreement, the terms and conditions governing: (1) hours of work (2) overtime (3) sick leave (4) annual and statutory holidays (5) shift differential shall be as provided in Sections 1 through 5 below, notwithstanding any of the provisions of the Agreement. However, those provisions of the Agreement not specifically mentioned in Sections 1 through 5 below shall apply.
