Communication to User Community. Service Provider will inform Customer about any system relevant events (e.g. communication of Planned Service Downtimes etc.) via the announcements in the Services or via the Services dedicated information webpage. It is the obligation of Customer to inform the relevant Customer’s end users about this event.
