COMMUNICATION WITH AGENTS. A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer and any of the Agents other than the Fiscal Agent shall be sent to the Fiscal Agent.
COMMUNICATION WITH AGENTS. A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer or the Trustee and any of the Agents other than the Principal Paying Agent shall be sent to the Principal Paying Agent.
COMMUNICATION WITH AGENTS. A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Trustee, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, the Guarantor or the Delegate and any of the Agents (other than the Principal Paying Agent) shall be sent to the Principal Paying Agent.

A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer and any of the Agents (other than the Principal Paying Agent) shall be sent to the Principal Paying Agent, Ziraat Katılım and the Representative in accordance with Clause 25 (Notices).
