The Collateral Agent will promptly give to the relevant Loan Party copies of any notices and other communications received by the Collateral Agent with respect to (i) Pledged Securities registered in the name of the Collateral Agent or its nominee and (ii) Pledged Security Entitlements as to which the Collateral Agent or its nominee is the Entitlement Holder.
