Transfer of Control. Transfer of control shall take place at the AoR boundary, unless otherwise specified in paragraph E.3.
Transfer of Control. F.
3.1 Radar Separation minimum shall be 5 NM.
Transfer of Control. Transfer of Control shall take place at the AoR boundary. If the downstream sector in EuroScope is set to >.break<, the procedure 5.4 is suspended and transfer of communication can only take place after the downstream sector has assumed the flight via the appropriate function of the radar client. If it becomes necessary to reduce or suspend transfers, a 5 minute prior notification is required. When transfers are suspended, the hand-off procedure (5.4) is suspended.
Transfer of Control. The transfer of control takes place at the AoR boundary, unless otherwise specified in paragraph 5.
Transfer of Control. The provisions of the Plan applicable to a Transfer of Control (as defined in the Plan) shall apply to this Option.
Transfer of Control i. All references to transfer of control are subsequent to handoff completion and communications transfer.
ii. Aircraft must be established on required routing, per Attachment 5, prior to crossing the common Center Boundary. Deviations from this requirement must be coordinated on an individual basis.
iii. Either Center has control to change a beacon code.
iv. Specific areas where control has been transferred are depicted on the charts in Attachments 3 & 4.
v. Limitations to the transfer of control are listed in Attachments 3 & 5.
vi. Control for climb or descent is negated whenever the transferring controller does not meet the altitude restrictions specified in this LOA.
vii. The following sectors release control for turns left or right of course, up to fifteen degrees (15°), and within 15 nautical miles (nm) of the boundary ZOB Sectors Transfer of Control for vectors (15) between the sectors listed ZID Sectors Bellaire, Keystone, & Clarksburg sectors -and- Lockbourne, Appleton, & University sectors Geauga, Lorain, & Ravenna sectors -and- Appleton & Lockbourne sectors
Transfer of Control. 7.1 Initial Transfer of Control from Dealer to Financing Source. There is a two-step protocol for the initial Transfer of Control of an Authoritative Copy to a Purchaser. The Dealer will initiate a Transfer of Control of the Authoritative Copy by submitting the data on an eContract to a Financing Source via the System. Once the Financing Source confirms its willingness to accept the eContract via the System, the eContract is assigned in accordance with the agreement of the transferor and transferee and Control is Transferred to the Financing Source as Purchaser by the System on behalf of the Dealer, as the Dealer’s authorized electronic agent. The Authoritative Copy of the eContract is stored in the Financing Source’s segment of the Vault. A Non- Authoritative Copy will be stored in the Dealer’s segment of the Vault, and the Ownership Record will be updated to reflect the transaction. If the Financing Source chooses, it may transmit the Authoritative Copy via TOLEC to its own separate secure storage facility pursuant to Section 9.
Transfer of Control. Trustor shall cause title to the Aircraft to be conveyed to Owner Trustee.
Transfer of Control. (1) Transfer of Control shall take place at the AoR boundary. If the downstream sector in EuroScope is set to .break, the procedure 5.4 is suspended and transfer of communication can only take place after the downstream sector has assumed the flight via the appropriate function of the radar client. If it becomes necessary to reduce or suspend transfers, a 5-minute prior notification is required. When transfers are suspended, the hand-off procedure (5.4) is suspended.
(2) Traffic shall be handed off at the levels defined in the regulations below. If a specified level restriction cannot be met due to a lower RFL, traffic shall be handed off AT RFL, if this does not cause a conflict with other traffic, otherwise traffic shall be coordinated.
(3) If a traffic situation is not covered herein, individual coordination between the concerned sectors shall be made.
(4) To avoid additional workload in relation to the transfer of radar identification and separation on radar track, the downstream unit shall not perform the operation of “LABEL ASSUME” until it has made two-way contact with the traffic and relevant ATC.
Transfer of Control. F.3.1 Radar Separation minimum shall be 5 NM.
F.3.2 A minimum distance of 5 NM to the boundary line of responsibility shall be observed when vectoring aircraft, except when a transfer of radar control has previously been coordinated.
