Communications and Written Notices. 21.1. Unless the contrary is specified in this Agreement, any notice, instruction, request or other communication to be given to the Company by the Client under the Legal Documents, shall be in writing and shall be sent to the Company’s address below (or to any other address which the Company may from time to time specify to the Client for this purpose) by email, facsimile, post or airmail, or commercial courier service and shall be deemed delivered only when actually received by the Company at: • Address: 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, The Bahamas ● Tel: +67835382 ● Email: xxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx 21.2.
