Communications from ICSDs. The Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar will promptly pass on to the Relevant Issuer and the Guarantor (in respect of an issuance by Compass Finance B.V.) all communications it receives from the ICSDs directly or through the Common Service Provider relating to the Notes.
