Common use of Communications & Notices Clause in Contracts

Communications & Notices. All communications and notices which are required or otherwise provided under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered (i) by hand, (ii) by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested; (iii) by a nationally recognized overnight courier service; or (iv) by electronic mail (with read receipt or other tracking mechanism to confirm receipt), to the respective addresses set forth on the initial Order Form, with a copy which shall not constitute notice to xxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.
