Communications Regulations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Master Lease or any agreement formed pursuant to the terms hereof, each of Tenant, Landlord, and each of Tenant’s or Landlord’s successors and assigns agrees to cooperate with any regulatory authority in connection with the administration of their regulatory jurisdiction over the parties hereto, including, without limitation, the provision of such documents or other information as may be requested by any such regulatory authorities relating to Tenant, Landlord, Tenant’s or Landlord’s successors and assigns or to this Master Lease or any agreement formed pursuant to the terms hereof.

Communications Regulations. Except as could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries shall (i) take all actions reasonably necessary to maintain the FCC Authorizations in full force and effect, (ii) timely file renewal applications, (iii) remit any necessary regulatory fees, (iv) file any reports and information requested by the FCC, and (v) conduct its business in compliance with the terms of the FCC Authorizations and the Communications Act, including changes in applicable law and regulations that become effective during the terms of the FCC Authorizations. 32 First Amendment
