Communications System. The Host Committee shall provide a Communications system including such features as requested by the DNCC and otherwise meeting specifications to be established by the DNCC, and including the following elements: (a) a central private branch exchange using Voice of Internet Protocol (VoIP) for a minimum of three hundred (300) stations at the headquarter and overall two thousand (2,000) lines meeting the following minimum specifications: caller ID; hold, speaker phone; conference call; multiple line access; voice mail; LCD display; plug and play installation provided that no fewer than 25 such lines shall be available and operational as of the first day the Headquarters Office is to be made available pursuant to section 11.1 hereof; (b) A minimum of forty (40) conference room phones that meet the following minimum specifications: telephone switch/PBX ready; accessible; 360 degree room coverage; full duplex speaker; plug and play installation; optional extension microphones; multiple line access; and LCD display; and (c) Provision of all fiber, cable and wire distribution to make such communications system operable in accordance with the DNCC’s requirements, including availability of installation and repair crew available to work overtime as needed.

Communications System. The Commercial Commissioner, in consultation with the Regatta Director, may designate a prescribed onboard communications system for use in all Events. If so, Competitors will be notified by June 1, 2015 and such system shall become the sole electronic on-board communications system used on Competitors’ yachts on race days for all Events. If ACEA does not designate an onboard communications system, then Competitors may choose their own onboard communications system provided that their yachts must provide a line output (-10 dBV) from its onboard communications system to ACEA’s onboard media equipment.
Communications System. SECTION 1 The Employer agrees to provide portable communications for the use of each Employee in the Bargaining Unit so they may communicate with each other (in cases of emergency) in designated areas. SECTION 2 The Employer will install and maintain a two channel radio in the prison vehicles in order that the Officers transporting inmates may be in constant contact with the Luzerne County 911 Communications Center and the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
Communications System. If Customer purchases a Communications System, then, unless the Ordering Document(s) specify that any software is being purchased on a subscription basis (i.e., as Subscription Software), such Equipment and Licensed Software installed at Customer Sites, including on devices sold to Customer by Motorola or on Customer-Provided Equipment, are subject to the EPSLA. Communications Systems described in this Section qualify for the System Warranty as described in Section 5.2 – Communications System Warranty (the “System Warranty”). In connection with a Communications System, Customer may also purchase additional Subscription Software that integrates with its Communications System (e.g., Critical Connect) (each, an “Add-On Subscription”). Any Add-On Subscription will be subject to the terms and conditions of the SSA and excluded from the System Warranty.
Communications System. Tenant shall have the right at any time during the Term to lease from Landlord at no additional cost space on the roof of the Building for one or more satellite, microwave or other communications systems. Landlord shall notify Tenant of any proposed or actual rooftop installations of Landlord or any other person and shall reserve for Tenant that rooftop space designated on Exhibit K attached hereto, for Tenant's use pursuant to this Paragraph 30.C.; provided that any communication system installed by Tenant shall not interfere with any other communication systems previously installed on the roof of the Building. Landlord shall require that any other rooftop antenna, communications systems or devices shall not interfere with the location or operation of any communication system of Tenant existing at the time of installation of such other system. Tenant shall submit plans for any system to be installed by Tenant and the names of the contractors who will be installing such system, all of which shall be subject to Landlord's reasonable approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant shall pay all costs related to the installation, operation and maintenance of such system. Tenant shall, at Landlord's option, remove the system at the expiration of the Part 1 Term. Tenant at its expense shall secure all zoning and regulatory approvals necessary for the system that are not presently existent or cannot be requested with any pending zoning code action of Landlord. Tenant shall restore the roof after removal of any such communication system to the condition of the roof prior to such installation, reasonable wear and tear and damage by fire and other casualty excepted. Upon ninety (90) days advance written notice from Landlord to Tenant, Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord in the event that Tenant's rooftop communications system must be temporarily removed incident to required repairs to the roof. Absent actual fault by Landlord with respect thereto, Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from and against any damage to the roof arising from installation, use, maintenance, repair and removal of such communication system.

Communications System. Xxxxxx Transit Authority shall equip all revenue vehicles with radio communication equipment or otherwise provide communication equipment for use in revenue vehicles. Xxxxxx Transit Authority shall be responsible for the purchase of all spare parts and will pay for repairs required to be performed by a third party, unless the repair was caused wholly or in part by the Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for all minor repairs, preventative maintenance, software updates and troubleshooting. All repairs and maintenance shall be performed in accordance with the manufacture’s recommendations and requirements.

Communications System. On behalf of RCTA, CONTRACTOR shall operate and maintain the two-way radio system licensed to RCTA under call sign WPYX212 in compliance with all applicable federal statutes, regulations, and licensing conditions. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for airtime or other frequency use charges connected with the use of the two-way radio system, and for all maintenance and repair required to maintain radio equipment in accordance with manufacturer specification. CONTRACTOR shall also be responsible for the appropriate use, airtime and other charges or expenses related to the use of cellular phones for the REDWOOD COAST TRANSIT system. Unless authorized in writing to the contrary, the radio communications equipment provided by RCTA for REDWOOD COAST TRANSIT services shall be used solely for providing communications related to REDWOOD COAST TRANSIT operations.
Communications System. The Operator shall provide an additional communication system that consists of devices such as mobile telephones and UHF/VHF handhelds allowing personnel within Bus Stations to communicate with one another, and to contact law enforcement and emergency services if the primary communication system is not operational.
Communications System. Tenant may install, or cause to be installed, a communications systems on the roof of the Building, subject to the prior written approval of Landlord and Landlord's engineer of Tenant's plans and specifications, including specific location for mounting, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant agrees to mount the system on the roof of the Building in a location and in a manner reasonably acceptable to Landlord, which shall not be visible from the ground at a distance. Tenant shall be responsible for all costs associated with the mounting, screening, maintenance and removal of the system, and the repair of all damages associated with the installation, operation or removal of said system. Tenant shall also hold Landlord harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, lawsuits, costs and expenses associated with said system. Additionally, Tenant shall screen the system as reasonably required by Landlord.
