Communications to Company Employees. The Company shall provide Parent reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the form of any written statements to employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries informing them about the Mergers prior to any distribution of such statements. For the avoidance of doubt, this Section 5.9 does not apply to matters contemplated by Section 9.3.
