Common use of Communications with Accountants Clause in Contracts

Communications with Accountants. If accompanied by a representative of the Borrowers, each of the Borrowers authorizes the Agent and, if accompanied by the Agent, the Banks to communicate directly with the Borrowers' independent certified public accountants and authorizes such accountants to disclose to the Agent and the Banks any and all financial statements and other supporting financial documents and schedules including copies of any management letter with respect to the business, financial condition and other affairs of the Borrowers or any of their Subsidiaries. At the request of the Agent, the Borrowers shall deliver a letter addressed to such accountants instructing them to comply with the provisions of this Section 8.9.5.
