Communications with Beneficiaries. Each Issuing Bank shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the Company of any formal communication by such Issuing Bank with any beneficiary under any Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank with respect thereto, other than any such communication in the ordinary course of business or otherwise in accordance with the standard operating procedures of such Issuing Bank.
