Common use of Communications within Project Team Clause in Contracts

Communications within Project Team. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, communications by the Contractor to Owner shall be made through the Project Manager, and include a copy to the Architect/Engineer. Communications to Contractor’s personnel, Subcontractors, sub-subcontractors and suppliers shall be made through the Contractor. Communications by Contractor with Separate Contractors shall be made through the Owner.
