Common use of Community Adjustment and Investment Grants Clause in Contracts

Community Adjustment and Investment Grants. (a) Subject to the conditions stipulated in this Article and Article III of this Chapter, the Bank shall make grants to the United States or any agency or political subdivision thereof, and to any entity in the territory of the United States for purposes of community adjustment and investment specified in Article I, Section 1(b), of this Chapter.
