Common use of COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION Clause in Contracts

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. By purchasing the Unit, Purchaser automatically becomes a member of the Association. For further information regarding the common areas of the Condominium, Purchaser should refer to the Declaration. Purchaser acknowledges and understands that Purchaser will be required to pay assessments to the Association, and that in the event Purchaser defaults in payment of the assessments, the Association will have a lien on Purchaser’s Unit, which lien may be foreclosed in the manner prescribed by law for the foreclosure of mortgages.
