Community Bancorp. For purposes of this Agreement, it there is a dispute over the service status of the Director or the date of the Director's Termination of Service, First Northern Bank of Dixon shall have the sole and absolute right to decide the dispute unless the first occurrence of a Change of Control shall have occurred within 24 months before Termination of Service.
