Common use of Community Development Block Grant Program Compliance Clause in Contracts

Community Development Block Grant Program Compliance. A. Developer will comply with, and will ensure that the construction of the Site Work complies with, all CDBG program laws, rules, and regulations, including, without limitation, those set forth on Exhibit M to this Agreement, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. B. If HUD requires repayment of any Loan proceeds to HUD and/or to the FCRHA’s CDBG program due to or in connection with any breach by Developer (or its employees or contractors) of this Agreement, then Developer shall pay such amount to the FCRHA within thirty (30) days of written notice from the FCRHA.
