Common use of Community Health Record/Electronic Medical Record and Related Efforts Clause in Contracts

Community Health Record/Electronic Medical Record and Related Efforts. a. At such times that the Agency requires, the Health Plan shall participate and cooperate with the Agency to implement, within a reasonable timeframe, a secure, Web-accessible, Community Health Records for Enrollees. b.
