Community Outreach Notification Process. a. The Health Plan shall submit in writing to the Agency Bureau of Managed Health Care, a notice of its intent to attend and provide Community Outreach Materials at Health Fairs/Public Events at least two (2) weeks prior to the event (see 4.b. and c. below for further notice information). Such submission shall include the items listed below:
