Common use of Community Resources Clause in Contracts

Community Resources. JCC has and will continue to use the services of available minority and women's community organizations; minority and women's contractors' groups; local, state and federal minority and women's business assistance offices; disability rights organizations; and other organizations that provide assistance in the recruitment and placement of Open Access Participant firms and in the recruitment of firms eligible for certification as Open Access Participant firms.
