Community Small Business Enterprise (. Lessee shall work towards achieving Community Small Business Enterprise (“CSBE”) goals, employing the requirements of the Community Small Business Enterprises set forth in the City of Miami Procurement Ordinance, codified in Chapter 18, Article III, City Code, as a model; and shall try to attain, but not mandate, a plan for its achievement, which will strive to provide equal opportunity in hiring and promoting for Miami-Dade County certified CSBE companies, the disabled and veterans. Such plan shall include a set of positive measures taken to insure utilization of CSBE companies when practicable and nondiscrimination in the work place as it relates to hiring, firing, training and promotion.
