Common use of Company Accounts Clause in Contracts

Company Accounts. Section 5.4 of the Company Disclosure Letter sets forth each Company Account, together with the type of entity and jurisdiction of organization as of the date hereof. No Person other than the Company and the Investment Advisor is entitled to receive fees, carry or other compensation or payments (other than ordinary course distributions to members) from such Company Accounts.
