Company and Affiliates. The Company may satisfy its obligations under this Agreement either directly or indirectly through one or more direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates. The Executive agrees that this Agreement requires that the Executive make his services available to the Company, the Bank and their respective direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates as determined by the respective Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank within the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
